When the surgery is closed please ring St Austell 75555 and listen to the recorded message, the message will now instruct you to contact the new NHS111 helpline.  Simply by calling 111 from your handset telephone.

ONLINE BOOKING OF APPOINTMENTS

Is now available for a small amount of appointments via https://www.thewaiting-room.net/.  Please let us have your email address if you would like to take advantage of this.  We require one unique email address per patient.

You can also book a telephone callback slot using the "Tel" clinic on the Waiting Room site.

Repeat Prescription Requests

You can now order your Repeat Prescriptions via the Waiting Room Service.  Click on the Waiting Room logo.  You will need to let us have your email address so that you can be sent login details

repeat prescriptionsIf you have been given a repeat prescription counterfoil, please use this for all repeat prescriptions. It is designed to make life easier for you (and for us!).

If the counterfoil is presented one day, the prescription will normally be ready for collection after 4.30pm, two working days later.

We are unable to accept Repeat Prescription requests over the telephone, but you can use our new Online Ordering System via "The Waiting Room".  Please click on the link on the homepage.  You will need to let us have your email address in order for an account to be set up for you.

If you wish, your counterfoil and prescription can be posted to you. Please provide a stamped, addressed envelope and allow a few days for delivery.
