If you are unable to attend during our normal opening hours, you can make an appointment for Saturday Mornings. These appointments can only be booked in advance and are NOT for emergencies.

Extended Hours

We are now able to offer appointments up to 6.50pm on Tues, Thurs and Fridays with Dr Warren

Whooping cough cases increase

Order Your Repeat Prescription Online

If you have been given a repeat prescription counterfoil, please use this for all repeat prescriptions. It is designed to make life easier for you (and for us!).

If the counterfoil is presented one day, the prescription will normally be ready for collection after 4.30pm, two working days later.

We are unable to accept repeat prescriptions over the telephone but you may e-mail your request to the following address: mailto: polkyth.prescriptions@cornwall.nhs.uk

If you wish, your counterfoil and prescription can be posted to you. Please provide a stamped, addressed envelope and allow a few days for delivery.
